Granola is a breakfast and snack food made from hulled oats, kernels, honey or other sweeteners such as brown sugar, and sometimes hulled rice. These ingredients are usually cooked together until they become crispy, toasted and golden brown. A variety of dried fruits such as raisins and dates and various types of sweets and chocolates are also sometimes added to this composition.

Butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, salt, hazelnuts, coarse rolled oats, orange peel and chopped dates.
How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 150°C or 300°F. Mix butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a small pan over low heat until the butter melts completely. Then put it aside. Chop the hazelnuts so that some are powdered, while some remain in large chunks.
Put chopped hazelnuts in a bowl along with orange peel and rolled oats. Then pour the butter liquid on them and stir until all the dry ingredients are coated with this butter liquid. Spread the granola on a greased baking tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Note that you have to remove the tray from the oven every 10 minutes and remove the stuck granola pieces.
After 30 minutes, put the dates in the granola and put them in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then let the granola cool to room temperature. You can store your delicious granola in an airtight glass container for up to 2 weeks.
